Slight quake hits Hindukush region of Afghanistan

New Delhi, Dec 2 (UNI) A slight quake, measuring 4.8 on the richter scale, hit the Hindukush region of Afghanistan this evening.

The quake, epicentred at 37.0 Degree N Latitude and 71.2 Degree E Longitude, hit the region at 1727 hrs, the India Meteorological Department said.

No report of any casualties were received so far.
